Return Policy

There is a 30 day period from the date of purchase for a return request. When requesting to return a product, please fill out the Return Authorization Request Form below. You will be emailed a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) acknowledgement. Please include the RMA number with the returned product(s). To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days. Returns without a Shimmering Silver return code, returns sent C.O.D., and improperly or uninsured packages will be refused upon receipt. Returns with missing paperwork or product will not be processed. Once your return is received into our system, you will receive a confirmation email. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees. Items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized, or damaged cannot be accepted for return.
Shimmering Silver will not be responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.
Policies may be changed at any time, please review the policies before submitting an order.

Refund Policy

There is a 30 day period from the date of purchase to request a refund for the product(s) purchased from ShimmeringSiver.com. Please refer to the Return Policy for details. Shipping charge is not refundable.

Please note that, if the package is refused, not deliverable, or returned to sender for any reason, the credit will be minus original shipping and return fees. Returns take some time to process, therefore, credits can take up to 15 business days from the date the item is delivered back.

Exchanges or changes:

To exchange for different product, please return for refund and place a new order. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for your refund to be processed. If you would like to change or cancel an order, please email Shimmering Silver at info-ss@terickllc.com. We will attempt to accommodate order changes prior to shipping confirmation. This may result in a shipping delay. For changes or cancellations on orders that have already shipped, please follow normal return policy once you have received the shipment.

NOTE: Items are not returnable if the ‘NOT RETURNABLE IF REMOVED’ tag is removed. Jewelry items will fit comfortably to be tried on with the tag in place, and this tag should not be removed for any reason before returning. Credit will NOT be issued if the tag has been tampered with or removed.
